Many of our customers have never needed to have work done by a tree surgeon before and we understand how difficult it can be to have the work done by the correct people, hopefully this web site has helped to give you a little bit more information on what is involved, We recommend if possible getting 2-3 quotes, this way you can see how jobs are priced.

• We carry out a site visit to see what work needs doing, this allows us to assess how the work could be carried out
• As much help and information is given to make sure the work is done to the customer’s requirements.
• In some cases you may live within a conservation area or the tree may have a TPO (tree preservation order) in which case we can contact you local Authority and help with any applications that may need to be made.

We would recommend asking the following question

• Are you insured?, don’t take our word for it ask to see a copy of the insurance certificate, if your still not sure contact the insurance company they will clarify if the insurance is in place.
• Are you qualified to carry out the work?, again if unsure ask to see there qualifications,
• How will you go about the job?
• What health and safety is in place?
• Do you take the rubbish away? if so what do you do with it, if its being taken away in there vehicle, do they have the relevant waste carriers licence.
• When you have the work carried out never pay anyone until the work is complete and your happy with the end result,
